7 uplifting and energizing morning practices
7 grounding, calming and relaxing evening practices.
The sessions are made up of 10 minutes movement and 5 minutes breathing practice.
Each day has a different physical focus to help you develop balanced strength, flexibility, mobility and stability through your whole body.
