Fun, playful yoga classes for parents and kids to interact; nurture a physical and emotional connection.
Classes are 75 minutes long, are all about fun and connection and will include:
partner poses
yoga games
mindfulness
breathing techniques and games
relaxation time
Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.
All equipment provided but BYO mat if you prefer.
$35 for 1 adult and 1 child ($10 per extra child)

Time for you share movement, breath and relaxation with your child. Yoga together as a family nurtures physical and emotional interaction and are designed to build connection.
