Fun, playful yoga classes for parents and kids to interact; nurture a physical and emotional connection.

Classes are 75 minutes long, are all about fun and connection and will include:

• partner poses

• yoga games

• mindfulness

• breathing techniques and games

• relaxation time

Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.

All equipment provide but BYO mat if you prefer.

Suitable for kids aged 6-11

$35 for 1 adult and 1 child ($10 per extra child)
