Vanessa will take the kids through 1 x hour of kids yoga - made up of yoga games, partner yoga, mindfulness activities, and guided relaxation.
Yoga mats, blankets & pillows (for snuggly relaxation) and all props for activities will be provided.
1 x boxed set of 20 affirmation cards as a gift for the birthday child.
An affirmation card for each child to take home as a gift.
Suitable for ages 5-15 (session will be specially tailored to suit the age of children attending)

Add on: Face Glitter & Mindful Colouring In
Give your party guests a bit of extra sparkle with Eco Face Glitter.
Vanessa will put out mandala colouring pages and pencils for the kids to enjoy while she goes around and adds a swipe of sparkle across the cheekbone of all the kids. (Even the Mums & sisters if they ask nicely!)
“The Glitter Tribe” Biodegradable Chunky Glitter is certified OK Biodegradable WATER so is environmentally and kid face safe.
Colouring in and glitter will add about 15 minutes to your party length.

Add on: Mindful Craft
Extend the party fun with a mindful craft activity of your choice. Vanessa will keep the kids busy an extra 30 minutes with this add on
CHOOSE FROM
Nature Mandalas or Rainbow Body Scrub Jars
Vanessa will set up the activity while the kids have a short 10-15 minute break (the perfect time to do food or cake)
They will come back and create their mindful craft which they then get to take home in their goody bag
